Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic: Supporting Sharda University's Well-being
Launched on September 15th, 2023, the Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic (AWC) was established under the vision of Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta , Dean of Sharda School of Humanities & Social Sciences, Sharda University. The clinic's core mission is to offer comprehensive psychological counseling to everyone at Sharda University – students, faculty, and non-teaching staff. AWC also actively promotes mental health through various university-wide awareness campaigns and events.
AWC provides personalized and confidential counseling from a team of professionally trained Counselling Psychologists, RCI-certified Clinical & Rehabilitation Psychologists and Yoga Therapists. These experts are dedicated to helping the Sharda community achieve overall well-being and personal growth. The clinic works closely with the Department of Psychiatry, Sharda Hospital to ensure integrated care.
Beyond Counselling, Team Abhivyakti also runs Internship and Training programs in Clinical and Counselling Psychology for all learners, in and outside Sharda University. These programs aim to foster the development of our future mental health professionals.
