Dr. Ruchi Gautam is Ph.D. in Psychology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has more than 10 years of experience in research, teaching, and mentoring with an inclination towards applied use of Psychology. She has published multiple research papers in International, Scopus indexed, and National recognized journals. She has guided Ph.Ds and taught various courses from Psychology streams to M.A., B.A (Hons), and Ph.D. students. Along with teaching she has designed and developed various courses and curriculums for different academic programs.
