Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta

Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta, Professor (Psychology) and Dean, Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSHSS) and Founder & Chairperson of the Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic

Dr. Gupta holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Lucknow and has earned her Master of Arts in Psychology with First Class and a Gold Medal from Meerut University. Additionally, she holds PG Diplomas in Marketing and Sales Management, and in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Mumbai.
Dr. Gupta is a Certified Counselling Psychologist from the Christian Counselling Centre, Vellore (2015), and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist from the California Hypnosis Institute, USA and EKKA, India (2013).
Areas of expertise include premarital and marital counselling, couples counselling, academic and workplace stress, peer pressure, and career guidance.

Dr. Singh is a qualified & RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 18 years of experience in Mental Health and Psychology. She holds an M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) degree from 'Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences' (IHBAS), DU, Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia. She is UGC NET qualified and was awarded a Doctoral Fellowship by NCERT, Delhi.
Dr. Singh has previously served as Associate Professor and Head at Amity Institute of Behavioural Health & Allied Sciences (AIBHAS), Greater Noida. She has also worked as a Mental Health Consultant with OurHealthMate and contributed to government and research projects including the ICMR-funded Multisite Taskforce Project on 'Urban Mental Health & Service Needs'. Besides other experiences, she has also worked as an Assistant Professor at 'National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities' ( NIEPID) under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MoSJE). She was also instrumental in GOI project called ‘Kiran’-- a tele-counselling initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Her areas of expertise include Psychological Assessments & Evaluations for Mental Health issues, CBT for Adolescents & Adults, Cognitive Retraining for Children and Neuropsychological Assessments & Remediation.

Dr. Ritu Chaku

Dr. Ritu Chaku, Associate Professor and Yoga Instructor, Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic, SSHSS.

Dr. Chakuu holds a Ph.D. in Yoga and Life Science from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, Deemed University, Bengaluru (2008), and an MSc in Yogic Science from Mangalore University (2003). She has conducted over 35 workshops on yoga therapy in collaboration with the International Federation for Yoga Professionals, New Delhi.

Ms. Sanskriti Sharma

Ms. Sanskriti Sharma, Assistant Professor of Psychology and a Clinical Psychologist at the Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic, SSHSS

Ms. Sharma is an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist with over four years of experience and has completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. She qualified for the UGC NET in 2018. She has worked with UNICEF and has been a district coordinator for training counselors in psychological first aid. She has also been a consultant psychologist to military professionals and school-going children. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi.
Areas of expertise include working with perfectionism, Borderline Personality Disorder, grief, academic and stress-related issues.

Ms. Anantika Tehlani

Ms. Tehlani is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than four years of experience and has completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS. She is UGC NET qualified and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Amity University.
Areas of expertise include relationship issues, body image concerns, anger management, grief, and academic and stress-related problems.

Ms. Rajlakshmi Das

Ms. Rajlakshmi Das, Assistant Professor (Psychology) and Clinical Psychologist, Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic, SSHSS.

Ms. Das is an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from ABVIMS and Dr. RML Hospital. She is UGC NET qualified and a Psychoanalytic Fellow at the Washington Baltimore Centre of Psychoanalysis (WBCP).
Areas of expertise include neurotic disorders such as OCD, anxiety, and depression, personality vulnerabilities, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ affirmative therapy.

Ms. Mallika Dhagat

She holds an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bengaluru City University (Gold Medalist), and a B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology from Amity University, Noida.
Areas of expertise include adolescent and youth-related issues, including relationship crises, peer pressure, academic stress, adjustment difficulties, and identity-related concerns.

Ms Somya Sharma

Ms. Sharma completed her MSc in Psychology (Health & Wellbeing) from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and her B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
Areas of expertise include mind-body interaction, positive psychology, the science of wellbeing, science of self, health psychology, chronic illness management, lifestyle management, work-life management.

Mr. Shivam Bhardwaj

Mr. Shivam Bhardwaj, Yoga Instructor, Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic, SSHSS.

Mr. Bhardwaj is a YCB Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator with a Master’s degree in Human Consciousness and Yogic Science from Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar. He has over 7 years of experience in teaching and practicing Yoga at various prestigious institutions including Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), Lifestyle Yoga, Dubai and Yogpath Wellness, Delhi.
Areas of expertise include Traditional Yoga, Asana-Pranayama Techniques, Meditation & Yognidra, Yoga for Lifestyle Disorders, Stress Management, Diabetes Control, and Holistic Wellness Practices.
